Choose what it is worth
Vouchers are for an amount rather than a named treatment. The person receiving it starts with a free consultation, decides what their skin actually needs with Becci, and puts the voucher towards it. Nobody ends up holding a voucher for something that turns out not to suit them.
Any amount works. These three are the ones people usually pick, and what they reach on the current menu.
- £50 Covers an Enzyme Peel, or goes towards a facial or a first skin booster.
- £100 Covers a BioRePeel with microneedling, or most of a Glass Skin Facial.
- £150 Covers Profhilo or a Plinest facial, or a course of two facials.
- Any other amount just say what you would like in the form. There is no minimum and no maximum.

The voucher arrives
A PDF by email within 24 hours, or a printed card in the post if you asked for one. Both carry a voucher number, the amount and the expiry date.
Emailed today, or posted to you
A PDF is the quickest and it works right up to Christmas Eve, which matters if you have left it late. A printed card is the nicer thing to hand over on the day.

- Printed card by post first class, to you or straight to the recipient, with a handwritten message if you want one.
- Order printed cards by 18 December for Christmas. After that, ask for the PDF.

- Can be used in full or in part. Any balance stays on the voucher until it is used or expires.
- Not exchangeable for cash, and no change is given.
- All treatments remain subject to a consultation, a medical history, and Becci confirming the treatment is suitable. A voucher is payment towards a treatment, not a guarantee that a particular treatment will go ahead.
- Vouchers are issued against a number and Becci keeps the record, so a lost voucher can be replaced.
Gift voucher FAQs
How long is a gift voucher valid for?
12 months from the date it is issued. The expiry is printed on the voucher itself so there is no ambiguity about it, and if it is close to running out, message Becci rather than letting it lapse.
Can it be used at either studio?
Yes. Vouchers are for The Face Lab rather than for one address, so they can be redeemed at Lytham St Annes or Leigh, whichever suits the person using it. Prices are the same at both.
Does it have to be spent all at once?
No. It can be used in full or in part, and any balance stays on the voucher until it is used or expires. Becci keeps a record against the voucher number, so nothing is lost if the paper is mislaid.
What if the treatment costs more than the voucher?
The voucher comes off the total and the difference is paid at the appointment as normal. It works the same way in reverse: if the treatment costs less, the remainder stays on the voucher.
Can I choose a treatment rather than an amount?
Vouchers are for an amount rather than a named treatment, which is deliberate. It means the person receiving it books a free consultation first and chooses with Becci, rather than being committed to something that might not suit their skin. If you have a treatment in mind, say so in the form and Becci will make sure the amount covers it.
Can I buy one for anti-wrinkle or filler?
You can buy a voucher and it can be put towards any treatment, injectables included. What cannot happen is buying a specific injectable treatment in advance for someone else: those are prescription medicines, suitability is assessed face to face by Becci before anything is prescribed, and not everyone turns out to be a suitable candidate. The amount is safe; the outcome is decided at the consultation.
When do I need to order by for Christmas?
Printed cards need ordering by 18 December to be posted in time. After that, or if you have left it late, a PDF can be emailed the same day right up to Christmas Eve, so there is always a way to get one in time.
Is it refundable?
Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. If something has gone wrong, or you have bought the wrong thing, message Becci and she will sort it out rather than stand behind a policy.
