However you get in touch, every new client starts the same way: a free consultation with Becci, an honest conversation about your skin, what will work, and what won't. Nothing is agreed on the day and there's no obligation. Both studios are private and by appointment only, so the only person in the room is you. Not sure which treatment fits? Say so: the consultation is exactly for that, and plenty of clients arrive without a fixed idea of what they want.

How do I book an appointment?
Online through the booking link on this site, which shows live availability, or by messaging Becci directly on WhatsApp if you would rather ask a question first. New clients start with a free consultation, so book that rather than a treatment if you are not sure what you need.
Which studio should I book?
Whichever is easier to get to. Lytham St Annes suits the Fylde Coast, St Annes, Blackpool, Kirkham and Preston. Leigh suits Wigan, Bolton, Warrington and Greater Manchester. Becci treats at both, the prices are identical, and plenty of clients switch between them depending on the week.
Is there parking at the studios?
Yes at both. They are private home clinics rather than high-street premises, so you park and come straight in without a waiting room or a reception desk.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Please do. Message Becci on WhatsApp and she answers personally rather than through a receptionist. Nobody is going to push you into booking something.
What if I am nervous, or it is my first time?
Say so. It is the most common thing clients mention, and the free consultation exists partly for that reason: it is a conversation, not a treatment, and you can leave having decided against it. Becci would rather you did that than went ahead unsure.
